We do text content matching. In the event we cant find your preferred textbook, we will substitute it with a similarly titled item, and we utilize AI to match content up to 98% in the reading text to ensure it will work the same with your course materials or your intended use for the text.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown on each product listing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will keep you informed where possible.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at this site using our contact form. You will receive an email reply.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on our website include VAT and any other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but if we identify an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

7. Product Content, Comparisons, and E-books

Our looseleafs are sold in “as is” format, and are scanned under a computerized reader that matches the amount of content with comparable content; the content may vary because each version is designated by AI and, we reserve the right to substitute the title or the version to fulfill the order. Thus, you agree to accept receipt of possibly substitute versions to fulfill similar content. We seek to find at least 98% verbatim comparison on textbooks which are highly effective when exchanged for a much more expensive textbook for the intended course. Our E-books are exclusively owned and written by our writers and are distributed electronically. 

8. Returns and Refunds

Our goods and services are usually wholesale and our refund policy is completely refundable if sent back in the same condition as it was received.
